A copy of the rules and the waiver are provided for every customer.
- Turn off all sprinklers, underground and above ground.
- All units require a 20 amp circuit. Generators are available for an extra charge.
- Keep all unneccessary wires and cables away from bounce houses.
- Plan a spot in a grassy area away from your house meters. Remove toys, twigs, rocks and any animal droppings from this area.
- Plan a food and drink area a safe distance from the bounce houses. Get ready to provide your thirsty bouncers with some cold water.
- Don't exceed the number of participants allowed in the unit. This information is displayed on the front of every unit or given to you when signing the contract.
- Remove shoes before jumping in the bounce houses.
- All participants must be similar in size and weight.
- Only children of compatible age and size should be in the unit at the same time. Mixing children of different sizes will greatly increase the risk of injury.
- Children using the units must be under the age of 15 unless the unit is designed for adults.
- Do not exceed the maximum capacity listed on the front of every unit or what you were told when you signed the contract.
- Adult supervision (18 years of age or older) of all the children is required at all times.
- Keep sharp objects away from the inflatable units.
- Keep all pets away from inflatable jump houses.
- Keep all food and drinks and snacks away from bounce houses.
- Stay out of bounce houses during high wind or thunderstorms.
- A responsible ADULT (18 years or older) must supervise the bounce house at all times.
- Do not allow children to enter the bounce house without ADULT supervision (18 years or older).
- Everyone must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, combs, hair clips or any other hard or sharp objects that could cause injury to other children or the unit itself, before entering the inflatable.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING, FOOD, DRINK, GUM or SILLY STRING inside the bounce house.
- When everyone is in the bounce house, there should be NO FLIPS, WRESTLING, RUNNING, PUSHING, CLIMBING ON THE NET WALLS OR ANY OTHER AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR THAT COULD INJURE OTHER CHILDREN. Do not let anyone bounce against the sides or entrance.
- It is best if children do not sit or lay down while other children are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child.
- STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the bouncer if: winds exceed 20 miles per hour, or if it starts raining. Turn the blower motor off and move to a dry location. Let the children exit and wait for the weather to subside. Dry off the motor and bounce house with towels if it is wet before turning it back on and letting kids back inside.
- If the blower motor stops: Have the children calmly exit the inflatable while you help them out. Do not attempt to re-inflate unit until all children are out of the bounce. Most often the cause is an overloaded circuit or a piece of debris in front of the blower intake or the plug came unplugged. Reset the circuit breaker and make sure the blower is on a dedicated circuit. Clear any debris away from the intake on the blower.
- Sno Cone, Popcorn & Cotton Candy Machines are to be supervised & operated by adults only at all times.

- Keep all Food Concession items away from bounce houses and in a safe dry location.
- Make sure Children are a safe distance away from the units and do not allow children to touch any buttons, put hands inside, touch machines or play near the machine. This is a safety procedure as the motor and cords are dangerous.
- In the event of rain or windy weather, if the unit is set up outside, please turn off and unplug machine. Bring inside to a dry location until the weather clears up.
